Please be advised that I have stepped away from the 2024 Presidential Race. Having failed to line up a Vice-Presidential candidate for the campaign, and with paperwork already being due for 3 states, and with more to follow in August, the chance at a viable election has passed, and so I am throwing in the towel.
This is not the end, though! I plan to have conversations about politics, and hope to join up with the good folks at political-innovation.org to start a Final Five Voting campaign in Kansas.

My Dear Fellow Americans, Future Americans, and All Others Watching,
I am Paul Vincent Catanese, and I am asking for a chance to earn your vote on November 5, 2024, in the Presidential election. My run will be as an Independent, since, let’s face it, there’s no one who actually fully embodies the values of a pure Democrat or a pure Republican. Politicians choose to put an R or a D next to their name because they believe that the party will give them a good chance to win. By doing so, these politicians are making a promise not necessarily to represent the people of their state or district. No. They make a promise to stick with their team even when it’s the wrong decision. As an Independent President, I hope to bring together the nation, and to help the national government function more closely to how the Constitutional writers may have imagined it. Although a President is fairly limited in their powers, a few things in my focus are: The simplification of bills being presented to Congress – Bills should cover one topic only.
The reestablishment of the powers granted in the Constitution to The People of the United States of America.
Reducing regulatory burdens on businesses being imposed by the EPA – the market takes care of itself in this regard.
While, at the same time, being sure that companies are not breaching antitrust statutes.
Private equity firms are also a large concern.
Some unique things about my campaign are:
I am running as a write-in candidate, although I understand that nine (or so) states do not allow write-in candidates for the presidential election.
I am not asking anyone for money, aside from if they’d like to buy a sticker or a yard sign.

Thank you for being here! It’s me again, Paul Vincent Catanese, your favorite Independent Presidential candidate, and I’m asking for your help. Relatively few people know who I am in comparison to other Presidential candidates. To help everyone get to know me, I’ll share a few points about myself, and then I’ll ask those of you who do not know me personally to please ask my friends, family, co-workers, and acquaintances about how they know me, and inquire with them about my character and morals.
With all the people that I meet, including the homeless on the street, I always try to put my best foot forward and leave everyone a bit happier than they might have been before. I have given up my bad and wasteful habits so that I can serve you, The People of the United States of America, and for my own well-being and productivity, of course. Don’t get me wrong – I make no claims of being flawless, but, where I have fallen, I make it a point to change my actions so that I will no longer step into the same pitfalls. Even being too nice has gotten me into trouble, and so I curb that as much as is dutiful. In recent years, I have spent lots of time studying the Constitution and philosophy, and my recent months have been dedicated to learning about the election requirements for each state; along with absorbing all that I can about the function of government, and current political issues at home and abroad. While I admittedly have a lot of learning still to do in this field, if people want a government outsider, you can’t get much further outside than never having participated in any body of government, which I have not! I am an Administrative Assistant. I work regularly with state and federal housing agencies in my role, and if you ask any one of the people who I work with, you will hear my professionalism and kindness. Where I might lack hands-on governmental experience, I do have plenty of experience with teamwork and motivation. I also have a knack for finding the most efficient way to do things, and for making strategic plans to accomplish difficult tasks – both independently and with a team. Ask all of my previous employers and current employer… I learn quickly and am the best at what I do, (besides selling Direct TV). I, however, am not the best self-promoter, and this is where I need your help. I need you to spread the word about my campaign. Please share this video with 10 people in hopes that they might share it with 10 more.
Please believe in me.
Believe I can beat these other candidates, and that things can and will change for the better. Please just give me a chance. If you have access to a media outlet, please interview me.
If you have questions about what I think, please ask me – understanding that I may need time to research complicated subjects – but I will answer truthfully and directly.
Above all, I am trustworthy and honest, almost to a fault. I know it’s about the worst thing that you can assure people of, but please just ask around and let others tell you.

From time to time, there comes a need for a revolution. Now is the time for a political revolution!
What do the political parties do for us? They send polling questions out to us to find out the things that we care about – not so that they can make a positive change, but so that they can take money from us… to know what they can milk us for. Think back to the Bush Era, when they were talking about the individualized savings plans. They built up all that momentum… How much money did they take from both sides before they kicked that can down the road? Did nothing with it…
These diabolical devils ask us what we care about so that they can divide us. How many friends have been pitted against friends, and neighbors against neighbors, just because of political differences? (“or family” heard from crowd) It’s time to finally recognize the real enemy here!
I am just one person, and we’ll need everyone’s help if we’re going to get through this. So, if anyone has ever has an inkling in their heart that they might want to be a public servant, just look up the rules and get yourself involved! Get off the sideline and get involved!
Now is the time for The People’s Revolution!
